Before purchasing we highly recommend to verify size, color and all details of the product.
All items can only be return or exchange if you notify us within three (3) business days from delivery of item. Unless specified

You may return or exchange any item in handbags and accessories for any reason within five (5) working days from the time of the receipt-delivery and we will refund your sale price or issue a credit towards a future purchase, provided the item is still in new, resell-able condition.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, you have three (3) working days from the date of receipt-delivery to report the damage to us. For items that are damaged in shipping (or defective), we will provide the customer with a full refund, including shipping or a replacement at no additional charge.
Prior to providing a return authorization code and a return shipping label (in the case of damaged/defective merchandise), we may first need to receive pictures of the damaged/defective item in order to begin the claim process.
We appreciate your assistance in these situations and we are more than willing to walk you through the process or allow you some extra time to send the pictures as we understand this is not always convenient.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise please contact us within three (3) business days for return instructions.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or was damaged in shipping.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned, so please pack the order carefully and purchase insurance if you wish to have it covered.
No refund will be issued for items returned in used condition, items missing original packaging or pieces, or items damaged by the carrier.
