All items can only be return or exchange if you notify us within three (3) business days from delivery of item. Unless specified
Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation and properly wrapped will be rejected.
• Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return. Please note that Fine Art may only be returned if it is intact and its original packaging, (including art bag, when applicable) must be returned using a track-able shipping method, paid by buyer. Must also be insured and re-pack by professionals.
All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within five (5) business days of receipt-delivery.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and the return fees will have to be paid by buyer.

Expedited Photo Returns If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free Photo Return process to speed replacement. Here’s how:
1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
4. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
5. If your photo return is confirmed, depending on the severity of the damage the return of the art piece may be determined. You may not need to mail it back.
6. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
a. Photo Returns are accepted for most posters and art prints, including framed items, canvas, acrylic, and wood mounts. Special Note: • If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
